Return Policy
When we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Items that appear to have wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than idobands.com), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no return code, packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.
How to return your item:
Step 1: Your Return Authorization Code. Call our returns manager @ (866) 327-2251 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write the code on the Shipping Address in the following way: “Attention: Returns/Code: 403984”
Step 2: When you are packaging your return, make sure you include everything from the original delivery. This includes certificates, collateral, etc.
Step 3: You must use US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been delivered to us.
